Debra, yours is the first encouraging news I have seen on this thread today. Keep that furnace burning! All kidding aside, it seems to me that all the bad news is out. The almost unanimous negative tone for this sector bodes well as a contrarian indicator. John Carpenter may have correctly called the bottom as here and now (oops, 30 minutes ago). Tulvio
