Hello,

I put in my first buy order for a few thousand shares of LCAV at 7/8ths today. Here is why.

I believe the reason LCAV stock price is in the dirt is due to their origin of going public via a reverse merger plus the Summit stock that is currently being dumped.

As the principal of LCAV has historically owned 90%+ of of the company it has never developed a following in the professional investment community. This coupled with slower than expected operating performance, plus the Summit shareholders looking to get something for their shares has crushed the stock.

Because they went public via a reverse merger they did not raise any real $ in the IPO.

Due to the lack of professional investor interest. The market may not be efficiently pricing this security. Let operating performance improve due to re-structuring and the stock price could recover rapidly from current $.78 price. Just my opinion and greed speaking.

Rob J.
