| Who were the owners of the Series E and F preferred shares. Were they
| venture capital firms, institutions or individuals. I have sent a number
| of emails to your company without any response what-so-ever.

| me that. In the past I have not had any trouble getting some answers to my
| questions. If you want me to re-email my questions, then I will do so.

our company, as well as the Webmaster. All emails that are addressed to
Webmaster regarding investor relations are instantly forwarded to Mr. Trey
Fecteau, VP - Investor Relations. I wasn't aware that your emails were not
getting answered - I concur that I have received emails from you in the past.
