The government does have what it thinks and hopes are secure phones and email systems. I just read that the Kremlin was tapping Kissinger's phone in the 70's so they may well not be secure in fact, but they try. The FBI was very critical of Hillary but said she couldn't or wouldn't be charged. Not the same thing as being cleared. why those laws haven't been updated. Well, for awhile Dems had the WH and both branches of Congress. I guess you blame them, huh?
