As to your question, it is probably for a number of reasons..

1. Some members like to post about both CCB and ZEN on the same board. This board is strictly for discussions about Canada Carbon. And it is not for chit chat.

2. Familiarity - many members only post to one board.

3. Strict enforcement of the rules. Personal attacks will earn you a quick ban. About 30% of those banned from this board were also completely banned from S.I. As Trump would say, there were some very bad hombres posting here.
