Ouch, FPF -- I've got some @ 13 3/4. keep the prices widely spaced. I thought that I was. I think only buying again after either 1) the price has been halved or 2) six months have passed is a good starting point. Of course you have to buy some time or you won't get in, right? Good luck Barry
