Comey did many things wrong. 1) he told us about an investigation into Sec. Clinton (it's against FBI rules because if the person is innocent the investigation taints them). 2) he didn't tell us about Trump being investigated (if the rules had to be bent because she was running for the presidency why didn't he tell us about Trump?). 3) Comey reopened the investigation days before the election so last minute voters wouldn't vote for her. He's no better than Putin. 4) He released the Clinton pardon information days before the election (another attempt at undermining free elections). 5) He lied to Congress and he lied under oath. How is it possible that man is not in jail?
