That depends on who the Democrats nominate and how the economy is doing as we move closer to the election year.

I still think back to the Clinton years, and I think it is even more pertinent now to repeat "It's the economy stupid" (not directed at you) as they so aptly told everybody. If the economy is doing well, the sheep do not care who is in office. Healthcare may affect some votes, but for the majority they have no ties to any idealogy or party. Most don't have a clue which party is which.

A good economy means Trump re-election. The people will not upset the apple cart. They will not trade a known for an unknown.

The best thing he has going for him is that now both Bush 41 and 43 are knocking him. The people are fed up with the Clintons and with the Bushs.

Unlike with Bush and McCain and Romney, the press cannot destroy Trump. He won't stand for it. He's a street fighter.

If the tax bill fails, Trump is gone and so are many incumbents on the R side.
