Kumar,

Thanks and great to hear from you as well. I've followed this thread for a long time, but did not feel it was appropriate to participate while serving as CFO.

To begin to regenerate investor interest, Verity has to put up significantly better revenue numbers and show that they can be profitable with the current business model. I was impressed by the progress shown in the 11/30 quarter. Now we need to see if they can get revenues up from 9M in Q2, to something like 11-12M in Q3 and 13-14 in Q4. Sbona has reduced the break even point, and gotten them focused on their core corporate and OEM businesses. They bit the bullet in Q2 with some significant writeoffs, which will not repeat in Q3 and Q4. Given the company's history of issuing tons of seemingly positive press releases and yet delivering disappointing results, the only thing that will lift the stock price is a repeating pattern of revenue growth and earnings increases (from the current losses to income.) I do think they are doing the right things and they have a good opportunity to get their business in shape. If they can accomplish this in the next 6-9 months, an acquisition by one of the majors wouldn't suprise me. For companies that need the performance of their search platform, they become quite important, and I don;t really see anyone challenging their niche.
