2017-11-06 . . still near 240, but have made a decision . . . I will no longer report my weight here every Monday. Instead, I will report whenever I hit the next decade mark lower. So next report will be when I hit 230 . . believing I will never hit 250 again! Instead of showing the invariable ups/downs week to week, I want to show the trend by time. It will be easier to see how long it takes to reach each decade lower in weight. I have decided to no longer try to quickly lose weight through restrictive eating of any kind, but rather to adjust my way of eating as a lifestyle. Through my years of fad dieting, I have seen how the different foods and types affect my body and weight. I will infuse this knowledge into my life diet. As an example ... even though it is the fastest way to weight loss, I can not go for too long without any carbs . . I love my bread, pasta, bagels, and matzos. SO .. instead .. I will just eat those things IN MODERATION with my otherwise healthy fat, fiber, and protein overloaded diet. Anyway . . I just wanted to let you all know of this decision . . so it will be longer times between posts and then the details of the posts will be more lengthy with what I ate during the interval between every ten pounds. be Blessed everyone !! |
