Joe, I will probably buy the board from Grump Micro.It also has 1 MB L2 catch. For a good review of the Shuttle Hot 603 see: tweakit.com where it got the second "Tweaked Award." This review (10/12/97) noted problems with stability at 83 MHz, but hopefully this has been resolved with more recent Bios updates. Question: has anyone successfully used the 603 at 83Mhz? Anand's also has a good review of the board. Finally, do you have any recommendations for SDRAM? I'm thinking of getting 32 MB generic, but will buy a name brand (Micron, etc.) if there's a real advantage.
