Hi Leon,
My mistake. I checked the Standard and Poor's Corporation Records 5-volume set: As of 2/29/96, there were 3.3M shares outstanding. The 15M figure was from last year before the reverse split. As for the valuation of the real estate, there is a 10-QSB due out any day now but for a company profile you can't do any better than ssnn.com.
