Greg,

>> I'm sitting it out till feb. or so .

I'm afraid it will be way from over in feb. I expect a strong
earning-rally but I don't expect it to hold long. We will sink
deeper.

In Europe we also found out that the Asian flu is not a non-event.
More and more bearish reports, downgrades etc.

On the other hand, the stocks I mentioned are 30% down from their
highs on average. I don't think I can lose a lot if I have patience.
And I don't mean weeks or months but years or decade. They are all
great companies that will survive no matter what will happen.

I read a great book about Warren Buffet's strategy. Learned to
look at the market in a different way. I also think a buy & hold
strategy is a good idea because it is impossible to predict what will
happen short-time. At least for a simple guy like me.
