Luckily I have not been in that position, but I still see covering pre-existing conditions as the silver lining in this
cloud of healthcare coverage.

I just don't think what we have now was very well thought out other than that piece.

In my mind, it seems it would have been better all around to allow those denied insurance because of
pre-existing conditions to go on Medicare regardless of age. I have to believe it would have been less costly,
if only because insurance companies would have been less involved, than more involved, as has been done.
