A.I.S Resources wishes to amend its news release dated November 01, 2017 in which it announced the closing of the $2,834,000 second tranche of its $4,000,000 non-brokered private placement.


Finders fees have been amended from $129,395 cash and 646,975 finders warrants to $46,650 cash, 415,975 shares and 646,975 finders warrants.
