Agree 100% on WHY. I dont know how this could be looked at as anything but straight up fraud. People who bought in on that one will be in for a hard lesson. I dont see how they can unwind all the sales done after that news but that is what should happen as IIROC allowed that news to be released when it was clearly nothing more than a scam . Either on WHY's part or the supposed purchaser. Probably both.
