OK so we are looking at a max of 1.85 million shares when the warrants are exercised. 7.4 /4 ( 4 is the minimum share price for FTEL for warrant exercise). This gives a total of 23.85 million shares of FNET. This gives a worst case ownership of FNET of 15.8/23.85 = 66.25%.
