Fact: I know him >10 years and he never (nor in his dreams) grew up spending weekends and holidays on the farm. Driving tractors? Helping with the harvest? He never had dirty fingernails. He cannot even hide a small horse, for God's sake!

Fact: WOW! They just had one senior geologist, Mr. Joao Batista Teixeira and a bunch of interns at that time. Ten highly prospective gold projects? Well, so tell me…what happened to them? Amazon Mining had only two rubbish gold projects in Brazil (see link below), which have been further acquired or developed by nobody! Yeah, I meant NOBODY! Additionally he never launched several companies. They’re all the same one - Amazon Mining has changed the name to Verde Potash and then to Verde Agritech. It's all about re-writing narratives. And the men behind raising $16 million were Mr. Simon Lawrence and Mr. Kevin van Niekerk.
III) “He doubled down and parleyed his bet into Super Greensand – an innovative and disruptive fertilizer. Verde Agritech PLC is at the forefront of agricultural technical research and innovation of potassium fertilizers in Brazil. Fact: OMG! Can anyone please tell me who is the team behind the research and innovation? I suspect there’s no decent team at all! Come on…$30 million in research and development? Of what exactly? Product development? No way! The company only buried $30 million in geological work after (once again) failing to develop the KCl project, that’s all!
IV) “Farmers are flocking to Super Greensand in droves”.
Fact: What a joke! Can anyone please show me the company's revenue/sales-cash/flow figures so far?
V) “Verde plans on having 20,000 tone-capacity in 2017, 100,000 tone-capacity in 2018, and 600,000 tone-capacity in 2019”.
Fact: That’s true indeed. Since 2007 he’s been planning and selling dreams but not delivering performance or results. He just looks like a new mini version of Mr. Eike Batista.
