I think you're 100% right... although I suspect we could see the RUT break below 1400 and maybe closer to 1390ish just to scare everyone out of the pool before it snaps right back up... absolutely, that would be one incredible buy, but can we be so lucky to see it get down that far??? Yesterday's RUT break and close below the key price/time line was significant... GZ
