I have no idea what you are trying to say in your second comment. Are you saying we should have restrictions on bump-stocks like we do automatic guns? That is clearly nonsensical. If it doesn't assist in making bullets fly out faster - it isn't a bump stock. Yes or no; legal or not? It is a simple question and the fact you are obfuscating does not make it hard. The NRA wants to make this confusing to people so those who do not really understand the question will send them money.
