I'm suggesting that the no fly list, as constituted, does not make for a reasonable basis to determine who can legally own a gun (perhaps not as to who can legally fly either). Look, the right to a gun has become a risk to my life. I don't give a crap if someone finds him/herself temporarily unable to get a gun while he/she works recourse. So let's find a list or methodology that works, and stop pretending that simply because we can't build a perfect law we should not build one at all. That has led to "convenient" inaction....the word convenient I use here to make oblique reference to the NRA. Al
