All of that is total bull shit and NRA obfuscation.....you want gun crimes reduced, reduce the number of guns......period. Note that if the shooter is not a terrorist (ISIS, Arab, Muslim) and not a black or Hispanic immigrant, the gun huggers go into mental health as the primary cause of killings.....nonsense..face it.
