James, For some reason the company believes that float dilution and share value reduction will not happen. They say the private placement was to INVESTORS not speculators or somethig to that effect. The fact is, it appears that none of these shares has hit the system yet -- why not? The MMs are not stupid -- they know exactly what is going on yet they keep raising the bid and in fact pay well above the bid for any shares you wish to sell them. You were certainly correct about the shares -- I had posted the share+warrant thing on the old thread (PLRN) and was not thinking very clearly in my last post. The issue of fair valuation for this stock is impossible to figure out. I am waiting for a transfer of assets and cash OUT of FARSIGHT (who changed their rates ALOT) and once that is complete we shall see what the MMs do when they see some buying -- I suspect the bid will move very rapidly upward along with the ask. Need to be careful because at some point the other shareholders will get interested no matter how long-term their thinking might be. Eric
