I've seen this dreaded screen twice since I downloaded to Windows 10. The first time it happened I lost my Windows office I subscribed to. I had to re-set to factory setting to get my computer back working. The Office Max store where I bought my PC closed long ago. I think I still have the receipt though. I rarely use office, but someone sent me a file that uses office and I can't open it. It just prompts me to try office or buy it again. The question I have is there a way to get the file open without having to call Microsoft? I called them quite awhile back and was left hanging on to their call line for 45 minutes. So I gave up.
