The Alaska LNG pipeline is even less economic than Cheniere's LNG plant in Texas. The current market price of LNG is in the dumps due to over-supply. The smart LNG suppliers got signed contracts first years ago. Unless Xi commands his comrades to pay more than market price for LNG, no pipeline and LNG facility will be built - as Bloomberg notes. I'm sure Xi's comrades are loyal but is Xi really that desperate to impress Trump? I doubt it. Apart from some sales to Boeing, which China can always cancel at any time, as they expand their ability to build out their own fleet of commercial aircraft, probably the entire slate of "deals" are more of Trump's typical lies.
