I stated from the beginning that the 2003 cuts triggered higher revenue. That was my premise.

In 2001 we were in the middle of the Clinton Recession and were gearing up for war in response to 9/11. The poorly targeted cuts of 2001 did not help. No one has made that claim. They were unusual circumstances.

The 2003 cuts clearly raised revenue.
Admit you are wrong for once you douche.
