Credible threats to our nation or individual members of our nation should be taken serious and all realistic efforts should be made to thwart such threats. The problem we struggle with in this case comes from the term "credible." How do we know which people with mental sickness are credible threats. Agoraphobia is becoming more and more common with increasing isolation in society. Agoraphobics live in fear. It is a serious mental sickness but does not seem to be a credible threat to others, at least without other mitigating factors. How do you suggest we proceed?
