My ISP is Mediacom. About 9 months ago I noticed that my monthly bill went up by $5. When I called them they told me that in order to remain comparable to other providers, they increased my speed from 30 MPS to 50 MPS.

I just ran the speed test that you posted and the results were 80/7. Call your ISP and ask them why there is a difference.
