Thanks, I saw that article but it's not current... that article was written on October 25, 2015 and then updated on April 6, 2016...

My speed just jumped earlier this week...

Unless you think they've been upgrading location by location separately and they finally caught up with me in my area just now... hmmm, now that could make sense... I hadn't thought of the possibility of improving the speed location by location, but thinking about it now, it does make sense...
