yes, it did...that and endless wars. But I thought you were the one who was blaming Presidents for causing debt? Now you are changing your tune and agreeing with me that Presidents aren't really at the root cause of debt? Like I said, you are biased. You say Reagan is responsible for debt, but not Obama. That is the very definition of biased. Your logic is flawed.
