The Saudis see the end of oil.. First they were dumping/pumping at warp speed to monetize it FAST... now the new guy plan is artificial inflation of oil price to dump Aramaco in hands of suckers.. He is not a panicker.. Smart guy.. Cannot do it all at once..that would alert the suckers.. Brazil take note..oil ending..it will sneak up on you..
