RUT is below all the major indexes and has been below them for many years. I simply asked why would anyone want an investment that's below the major indexes (I think I used NASDAQ)? A question this simple is not "condescending and/or judgmental."

Three years of subpar growth is an admission of mediocracy. Now, this too may sound condescending to you (and I'm sure it does) but it's not. If he reads this he'll wonder if it was wise without any emotions attached to it.

I'm assuming someone who "has the golden touch" has a benchmark to measure success.
