Mike,

Answers to your question-- bear in mind that these are absolute minimum values to production levels and the nature of the properties will dictate the levels.

a. The high-grade mill will initially produce at 100 T/day contingent on grade. Should reserves and/or grade change significantly, the Company will proportionately increase output, either through addition or upgrade.
b. The placer mill(s) can be piggy-backed to handle up to 1000T/day, but we anticpate initial output of 1000 cubic metres per day. Breaking down recovery, 60% of the gravels will be free-milling with the remainder(approx. 36%) of the recovery through vat leaching and/or flotation. It is key to point out the 96% recovery figure as well as the fact that our mills will be able to produce at a very maximum of USD$125.per ounce. The 1000 cubic metre figure will be for test runs to determine recovery and grade figures at which time we will upgrade the output.

Cheers,

Ralph
