Ox, the chinese know that they need to bring in the A team... the 16 banks that the FED convened back in 2005 to talk bout the problems in the CDS / CDO /CLO markets with the deals being done on the phone and
then the paperwork not getting completed for a month or 6 weeks.

These are the global heavyweights which will come in and securitize and slice and dice all the tranches of
Trillions of dollars of none performing loans.... they will be sold globally and then marked down and losses taken on them........ A 50 drop over 4 months may well accompany this ..... ( you have to realize this is still in its incubation phase and we are talking about a 3 year work out at least... could be 5 to 6.....) but the plans are
on the drawing board ... the investment banking fees will be incredible and it will purge China's build up
of very stale debt that they don't want and real know how to do it .....so they are bringing in the global
top tier banks to spread the manure all over the globe.

It will bring some volatility back to the market..... when we finally get the work out phase in active gear and that is going to take quite a bit of time.... Rome was not built in a day....... but all roads do lead to Rome in much of the world.
