Elmat in the background you forget that billions of people hand farming the soil are now moving into much more productive roles and technology is exploding. I look at energy on a long path to almost free. Disinflation and deflation tell us that we are not creating enough money. This weeks CPI should be interesting. Even if we don't continue our drop in CPI now we will over the next 6 months. No need to increase rates as they are too high now. Inflation is low even with the asset wealth effect. When assets finally stop rising to where they should be at current interest rates the environment will be even more deflationary. There is a simple solution at that time, just print dollars. Almost free money as this money can be printed at no cost as it comes from increases in productivity in the past which were not realized due to not enough dollars in the economic system. In the field of medicine companies like SRPT have technology backbones that will produce medicines from genetic illness treatment all the way to anti viral or anti microbial treatment. This was unheard of in the past. The deflationary effect of self driving cars will astound you. Even single payer medicine is deflationary in my opinion. Come on Elmat join the Trem de Alegria. You are Brazilian are you not?
