A senior researcher (forgot his name) was extremely bullish on CNBC this morning. He said both DOW and Nasdaq are seeing higher lows, that a reversed head and shoulder was formed on both markets. He said there is a big short volume which TA analysts like. He even said "high tech, that's where we are." About japan, In yesterdays's Q&A session in DC, with the jananese minister of economy, the minister believes that japan's fundamentals are good, that japan should be on the track of recover when cherry blossoms. Comments?
