The real issue for investors is whether Win 98 comes out on time As far as the legal grounds for MSFT's assertion that the files have to be removed to comply with the court's order, maybe the court master will make a suggestion as to how to do that. If so they are really stuck. No Win 98. Worst case scenario they get both a fine and an unfavorable set of instructions for how to be in compliance. =========================== Today's market: MSFT is doing quite well considering what is going on around them.
