I watched Broaddrick on 60 Minutes. If you don't believe Trump's accusers, not sure why you'd believer her. Trump has more- including the underage girl who accused him of rape.

But hey, she could be telling the truth- although the circumstances are odd:
"In the Dateline show, Broaddrick's friends Louise Ma, Susan Lewis, and Jean Darden (Norma Rogers's sister) all told NBC News that Broaddrick told them Bill Clinton raped her at the time. David Broaddrick — with whom Broaddrick was having an affair at the time; they both eventually left their spouses to marry each other — also told NBC that Broaddrick's top lip was black after the alleged incident, and that she told him "that she had been raped by Bill Clinton."
Broaddrick claims she was traumatized by the incident and scared of Clinton's influence, and so didn't report the rape or tell her then-husband, Gary Hickey. Three weeks later, Broaddrick would attend a Clinton fundraiser with Hickey. She told NBC News reporter Lisa Myers, "I think I was still in denial that time exactly what had happened to me. I still felt very guilty at that time that it was my fault." She further claimed that Clinton called her nursing home a half-dozen times that year, getting through once and asking when she was going to be back in Little Rock; she told him she wasn't."
The other women who wanted to testify had stories about as flimsy as Monica's thongs.
So you can believe he raped one woman, but there's a lot more evidence that he was a poon hound for willing poon- and all you've got is belief. I get it. That's you. Although back in the day men had a lot of problems with what "willing" meant- and goodness knows what signs this woman was giving off inviting a guy to her hotel room- we know what that meant- unless you're assuming this woman, already in adulterous affrair, is sexually naive. As a 14 year old I was nearly assaulted by the fiance of a family member- and I cut that part of the family off, forever, rather than be in the same room with that creep. I certainly wouldn't have gone to a fundraiser. I never found Clinton's "victims"very credible. I get it- you did. I believed Monica completely, however. But I didn't see her as a "victim"- more a party in crime. |
