I wouldn't say "all these" people.... Just a few that are fed up with the rat race, tired of gettting paid in options that continue to go outta the money, or maybe personality conflicts within. A lot of silicon valley people got where they are today by starting with a small startup where pressure is low & they have nothing to lose. Now you have these same guys/gals that are catching heat from above and dealing with Bigger and Bigger deals. Now I don't know Dan or for that matter know why he left, but it looks like he's taken the job with a much smaller IC company where he runs the show, sales wise. fred
