Apple hardware is generally superior to what is used in most Windows machines but you also pay a premium for ownership. 5-10 years ago Apple OS software was superior to Windows but that is no longer the case. There is a learning curve with the Mac OS but no worse then with Windows 10. The biggest problem with the Mac universe is limited options with hardware. If I never owned a pc and this would be my first experience I would buy a Mac. Don
