No, I promise I won't forget... part of the terms of the litigation settlement agreement is that the litigation and the settlement (as well as the settlement amount) not be made public, that was agreed upon as one of the settlement terms in order to ensure the careers of the guilty party not be tarnished as a result... so, I'll have to find a way to tell you without violating those terms... maybe in PM... GZ
