Dems said, here's our plan to foul up the American healthcare system and force individuals to buy a product they don't want. Republicans said it was unconstitutional. Obama said it was a penalty and not a tax. John Roberts said it was a tax and not a penalty - and thus it was constitutional. Then nobody did anything to fix it. The uniparty failed us - again.
