Agree - price fixing bad. But just as bad is unlimited spending for health care that may be reaching the point we have to do something. A household budget has a certain amount of money they have to spend; no price fixing there as they decide. The health care paradigm though is busted as there is no checks on price. You need care - you want the best and when you go into the hospital you don't usually shop around or even ask questions. The dr orders the procedure and you get it. ...........We have to address cost, but it will need to be done in a bipartisan way and we are not ready to do that yet.
