It's just that these things are a big joke. They will never be accepted in the way that booze meters are because booze is all the same, pot isn't and has different half lifes. If I were a judge and a cop brought in a pot smoker given a fine for pot I would not have any kind of reference or parameters and wouldn't know what to do.
