Extremely well-stated, and I am in complete agreement with every bit of it. Since Tonto has posted that an MM will be making a market in RMIL by Wednesday or Thursday, I'd say it's a possible "smoking gun". I have already started re-assessing my position on this, but will still take nothing completely for granted until I see it happening. Give RMIL bb status and you have the equivalent of "blood in the water". And I'll be circling when trading starts, seeing if there's a thrashing victim to take a piece of. If the huge naked short can be proven to exist, or be shown by credible resources to be much more likely than not, I'm all for tearing the culprit(s) to shreds.
