I just participated in the ACHN secondary offering, in which I picked up 1.4 M shares of ACHN at the price of $2.75 thanks to JNJ selling their shares via Goldman and Leerink.

As of now, the stock is up $0.90, so that is pretty good action for less than a days work.

All of the above is fiction, but that is what one connected with the two investment banks can do.

Nevertheless, I have been buying in the open market. Sheesh.
