taken from SH......

Look up all of the below and verify (Do your DD) as new management has delivered the below in just 4 short months. With record trading volumes for GLH between 9 - 10 million shares traded over the past 2 days and the price rising with more news to come along with REVENUES INCREASING DRAMATICALLY on Q3 financial release to come this month with chalice farms aquisition on the books for the first time it should be an interesting ride :D

The company delivers.
  • Las Vegas license to sell, the Nevada license to cultivate and process, and capital to make it happen. Check.
  • Canadian acquisition completed, which suggests to me management and directors are highly confident of the imminent Canadian license, and capital to make Canadian roll out happen, and from there exporting to world markets. Check.
  • Oregon expansion through retail Chalice store brand and through owned-product brands, and capital to make it happen. Check.
  • Cleaned up balance sheet, with no meaningful near-term triggers. The remaining C$2.96 million of debentures due April 2018 can easily be repaid from cash on hand, or converted as the share price rises. Check.
  • Management with proven record of delivering results. Check.
  • Board with proven track records in retail brands (Bob McKnight), consumer marketing (Michael Cohl), marijuana grow and entrepreneurship (Peter Saladino), big public company leadership (Gary Yeoman), investing in public capital markets (Alex Winch). and small company entrepreneurship and culture (Gary Zipfel). Hell of a team. Check.
  • Only remaining uncertainty is what is happening in Washington State, and what is happening with federal laws in Washington DC.
Looks to me like a great bear trap has been set. The naked short group out of Houston has got to be nervous. The escalating outrageousness of the posts on SH evidences the desperation. This is starting to be fun to be a shareholder. GLTAL.
