I hate to call SHORT! It is almost stupid -- but there probably is someone caught a little. They are obviously not DESPERATE for shares, but need them eventually.
I will not be happy till the stock hits about $4 on the bid. Then I may recover a little from a horrible reverse split. Should have held onto 100% of my shares, but there were better opportunities out there at the time. Now I like ICCN, the spread is a speedbump right now however.
