A big business of the future is going to be medical tourism. In the US, we cost 3x as much as the average of our peers, and that only pays for the next to worst outcomes of our peers (18 or 19 countries).

And that's for those who can afford any treatment at all. The rest get "thoughts and prayers" from the godless.
