Esteban, Ivan, The cattery has spoken. ORCL close of 18 11/16 does NOT qualify. The bid couldn't claw its way off the low. I expect a true signal in about a week since volume the requirement will need at least 4 days to become possible. Now if Monday's volume exceeds today's and the other whiskers are in place, THAT would be one hellacious signal. IMO. Doug R
